Claudia grabs Bolin's sides and smiles up at him, baring her teeth.]

Oh, hey! [ Has no sense of self-preservation. It helps that his sides are too dense to feel the nails digging in much. He beams down at what might just be the smallest member of his fanclub. ] You here to dance?

[CLAUDIA IS TALL ACTUALLY, SO EFF YOU. And she's fourteen...

She beams when he returns her smile, glad to see he's as friendly off-the-arena as he is in.]

I am, yes! I've been waiting all night for my turn to dance with you, you know. [She gives him one delicate shrug of her shoulder, hands slipping down to his wrists to grip at them.] I hope you're not too tired to indulge me for a little while!

[lightfooted]

[ Bolin attracts fat girls... ]

Whoa! I'm sorry to keep you waiting. [ He bows from the waist with exaggerated formality, having to hold his arms out like a letter "V" since she's gripping his wrists. She deserves it if she really waited that long! ] All yours!

Perfect!! [Claudia gives a brief giggle at that as she tugs him along to the dance flo' spinning them around once as she takes a sudden leap for his toes!] I'm so glad! I've always wanted to talk to you in person! Everyone tells me you're such a gentleman, and I wanted to see for myself!

[lightfooted]

Dyaaw! Everyone? [ Literally believes that Claudia knows everyone in the world now. He lets out a little "whoa" at the spin but he keeps up like his username suggests he should! The band sounds like it's warming up to play a slow number in contrast to Claudia's energy. ] Hey, you should stick with me until they give us a faster number to dance to. You seem like you know what you're doing!

[righteousness]

[ Would you listen to that jazz!? Korra loves this stuff, usually, but it's a bit slower than she's used to (training) to. Korra glances away from him with a humoured laugh, tugging at her sleeve a bit nervously. They had just been doing some crazy dancing before this okay, and now the mood has shifted quite a bit! ]

Oh! This ... this is nice, too. My feet were getting tired, anyway.

[lightfooted]

[ Let's out a half-woop half-elephant trumpet noise, stretching his arms above his head. He's sweatbending a little with how all-out they've been going, but he's too happy to care about that. Or think ahead to slowdancing with Korra. ] Sure, this is the wind down part! That means it'll be even better exercise when a fast song comes on again. Trust me, I'm a professional... at exercise.

[righteousness]

Wind down part, huh? [ She's just going to wipe at her gross sweaty bangs at the moment, and exhale a distempered breath. That was a lot of moving around! Not that it's done anything but energize her more. ] Well, you're going to have to help me out here, Bolin. I don't really know how to wind down when dancing! [ She looks around, noticing some lazy-ass couples are only now entering the dance floor, while the exhausted ones that had already been active are dissipating in numbers. ] Oh, wait.

[lightfooted]

Oh. Well, sure. [ Okay now he's conscious of the sweat. He swipes a few stray hairs back from his forehead, smoothly dealing with the shininess up there in the process - only to realise that now he's supposed to hold Korra's hand with that.

He points behind her quickly with his other hand. ] Just look at that couple - they've got the right posture for this sort of thing. [ And while she's checking them out he'll just be a-wiping his hands off on his pants. ]

... [ She was well-aware that Bolin outclassed her in their dancing, earlier. Admittedly, she used music to train to a lot more than ever dance to, and shaking her booty in front of a mirror while brushing her teeth didn't count. Still, she picked up fairly quickly! This, though, she wasn't so sure about. It seemed to involve a particular type of grace that she lacked. Also, Korra is wiping her hand on her dress shamelessly, not caring that Bolin might hold it later, as her eyes follow to where Bolin had pointed towards. ]

Huh, yeah. A lot of the people seem too sluggish, but they've got a better rhythm going. [ And yet, it still held an intimacy to it. ]

[righteousness]

[ Her eyes fall back on Bolin, who had been fantastic company the whole night. In fact, she felt so far away from every strenuous thought when she was dancing with him. She was laughing and smiling, and she savored every moment of it, because she really hadn't been doing it enough lately.

The train of thought leaves her smile a bit more fond and crooked, before an excitable light hits her eyes. She puffs out her chest proudly, the same way she does before her probending matches, and places her hands at her hips. ] Bet you we could leave them all in the dust, though.

[lightfooted]

[ He lets out a short "hah!" and grins at her. Getting competitive over a slow dance? This is why he loves this girl! Platonically as a friend. ] We'll blow them outta the water! [ Zing. Cuz she's water and he's earth (- dust? Close enough).

Bolin holds out a hand to her as enthusiastically as if he was asking for a high five. ]

[BOLIN COME HOUND MAKO TO SLOW DANCE AS A JOKE TO GET GIRLS LAUGHING AND BEING CHARMED.]

C'mon, c'mon. [ This is exactly what Bolin is doing, tugging on Mako's sleeve while he stares sneakily at the herd of bright young things hovering by the bar. He leans in to whisper in Mako's ear consiprationally... but because he's looking at the girls instead of where his brother's head is at Mako's going to get a noseful of black hairdo. ] Trust me, they'll go nuts for this.

[grumpiness]

[Mako has his arms crossed and is leaning up against the wall, which is where he's been all night. He gives a look of indifference at the group of girls up ahead, since none of them are 10s by his books.]

C'mon, Bolin; it's a stupid idea. How many girls are you hoping to snag with this kind of bait, exactly?

[lightfooted]

[ Finally he turns to Mako with a pout. ] What do you take me for? Just one. [ He glances back over his shoulder at the girls. ] ... And seven in reserve if that doesn't work out!

[grumpiness]

[AWWW BO. Mako grins at that, finding the joke funny but not funny enough to earn a laugh out of him.] You already owe me for the last few times you dragged me into being your wingman. One of these days you're gonna have to pay up. [He gives him a little nudge with his elbow before pushing up from the wall.]

[lightfooted]

You're... the... best. Don't you worry, your reward will be riches and glory beyond your imagination. [ No idea what that means it just sounded good to him...

He not-so-subtly shoots another look at the ladies in question and then turns it into a spin out onto the floor. ] May I have this dance?

[grumpiness]

[He gives Bolin a light slap on the cheek when he turns to look at the ladies.] C'mon, let's get this over with. I don't got all night!

[He will make a grab for Bolin's hand! He will be the lead man B)]

[ Bolin makes a face when his hand gets snagged. 1. It's not as cool to follow, especially since he's not as familiar with it. 2. He won't be able to steer and Mako will probably take some sensible route that won't involve just going around in circles by the bar.

But, fair's fair, Mako is doing this as a favour for him. And he is taller. Bolin lays his other hand on his brother's shoulder, fluttering his eyelashes mock-coquettishly. Then he suddenly realises something and gives it a squeeze. ] Whoa, those chin-ups are payin' off!
