[Tav grins then, a big, goofy grin that's made so much easier by the fact that he's sort of exhausted from their little encounter, and he replaces his arms around Dave, pulling him closer with a sound that could only be described as a purr.

And then, even though he wants to give it to Dave as good as he just got it, promptly falls asleep.

[ She reaches for his hand, wanting to touch some part of him, find intimacy in a simple gesture. She slides her hand slowly over his wrist, nails grazing his pulse-point and down to his palm. ]

I'm not sure it's something I can describe. Perhaps it's something you'd simply have to ... experience.

[he glances downwards at his wrist where she's touching him, but doesn't pull away, he looks back at her, catching eye contact again.]

[He's just being difficult at this point. He knows very well that isn't what she's referring to.]

[Dave can't really bring himself to care. Yeah, he's a little uncomfortable, and the blue-balling isn't really helping, but... That rumbling sound that seems to vibrate through his body, seeps through his ear where it's pressed to Tav's chest, it's...relaxing.

He'll never admit that, of course, and the last thought he manages to have is that he really fucking hopes no one walks in on them like this before he lets Tav's slow, steady breathing carry him away.]

[ She flicks an eyebrow up, her smile going with it, somewhere between mischievous and smug. ]

[There's something about that smile that just does something to Sherlock, something he might possibly understand in someone else, but is incapable of understanding in himself. His heartrate rises, and he gets the strangest desire to actually taste that smile.

Idiotic, really. He won't allow himself to do much more than return her smile with a very slight one of his own.]
