We JUST MISSED each other but I was so tiredddd D:

It wasn't ruined, not in that sense - maybe it wasn't fairytale perfect, but all Bob cared about right now was making this enjoyable instead of painful. If that meant stopping, kissing more, and trying again, then that's what they would do, but Summer seemed to have different ideas about that. He looked up at her face, tearful though it was, trying to gauge whether she really meant what she said. But a part of him knew she had to, she wanted this as much as he did, maybe more, and to have her body stop her at the last second... he could understand how she must feel, even before she started to apologize for something that wasn't her fault.

"No, no," he mumbled against her lips, trying to tell her it wasn't her fault (and not that she should stop, because by the time he got to words out, the bottoms of her legs were flush with the top of his and his whole body was shivering at the feeling. "This isn't your fault, Summer - I didn't know." Every few words were punctuated by a kiss, because she wanted him to kiss her and he had a feeling it was to distract her, and he was more than willing to do that. "Just...stay still. Maybe it'll get better. If it doesn't... we'll figure it out, okay?" He was still willing to stop, much though his body wasn't, because if this didn't get better for her... then this wasn't right. Still, all he could do was kiss her, almost desperately, looking up at her face and touching her cheek, her hair, while his other hand kept her hips steady against his for both their sakes, because he felt like even the slightest movement might make him come completely undone, he had never felt anything like this and his body didn't care about the circumstances. But he did. "Summer, I love you. I love you so much, don't think this changes that at all, darling," he told her, trying to catch her eyes, to wipe away a few of those tears with his thumb. "Nothing will change that."
