She didn't answer him in so many words... but her action was unmistakable, saying she wanted more, she wanted to get closer - and he couldn't possibly even consider denying that unspoken request. Summer had been waiting years for him to come home, to start a life with him, and he had returned only to put that life on hold once more when he hadn't remembered a thing. He'd hoped to get it back on track, telling her tonight how he felt... but then the fireworks had knocked his entire life loose and suddenly he felt like the fuse for this moment had been lit years ago, and now it was just coming full circle, it was time for this to happen. The thought both excited and terrified him, but the latter only in that... he wanted to do this right, he wanted to treat her with the utmost respect and love and he wasn't entirely sure how... but he was damned if he wasn't going to try and figure it out.

His body shivered again as she kissed him, especially considering the feel of her heat, her weight in his lap, making his body react and he was worried it would scare her away... but he'd just have to cross that bridge when he came to it. Right now, he tried to answer that kiss with one of his own, nodding a little against her lips as his fingers dragged down the fabric of her robe, over her hip and down to touch the outside of her thigh, coming dangerously close to the hem.
