Their lives were so very intertwined and she wanted it to always be that way. She wanted him in her life always, she wanted to give him her life, give her everything she could. And that was what drove her to close the door behind her with a quiet click, her breath catching in her throat when she heard him say her name. She could see him in the faded light of the room, a street lamp still on and barely shining through the curtains, exposing the fact that he was wearing very little.

"It's me," she whispered back as she straightened, pushing off the door, leaving that life line as she made her way towards the bed without another word. She felt breathless and nervous and excited all at once, maybe this was crazy but it wasn't a mistake. She put her finger up to her mouth to silence him as she moved to crawl onto the bed, moving onto to straddle his lap, letting her body guide her.
