"That's pretty much what happened," she said with a bit of a smile, since it was true. His life had suddenly come back to him, all at once, shoved into his mind. She was still worried for him but she knew that he was strong, that he was going to true the best he could to stay that way. And she'd be there for him like always. "I'm glad you're okay, though." They were coming onto her house, her fingers curling against his arm supportively, but she did stop them in front of her house.

"It's going to be okay, you know?" She leaned up to press her lips to his, arms wrapping around his neck for a moment to pull him down gently for a kiss, a slow and sweet one, hopefully one that would make him feel a little better. Or maybe distract him some.
